Politica de Envio

Procesamiento de órdenes

  1. El procesamiento de las órdenes puede tomar entre 2 a 3 días laborales.

  2. Los días de envío no incluyen el día en que se procesa la orden, fines de semanas ni días feriados.

  3. Una vez la orden sea enviada, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación con el número de rastreo.

Costo de envío

  1. Gratis para Puerto Rico & Estados Unidos

  2. Envío Internacional: Las tarifas se calculan en el momento de pagar, según el destino. Los tiempos de entrega varían según la ubicación, pero generalmente toman de 7 a 14 días hábiles después del procesamiento.

Responsabilidad del envío

Una vez la orden es despachada, la entrega queda bajo responsabilidad del transportista. Por lo tanto, Elis Jewels no se hace responsable por paquetes perdidos, robados o mal entregados por el servicio postal, siempre que la orden haya sido enviada correctamente a la dirección proporcionada por el cliente al momento de ordenar. 

Es responsabilidad del cliente asegurarse de que la dirección de envío esté correcta y completa al momento de realizar la orden. No se podrán realizar cambios de dirección una vez la orden haya sido procesada o enviada.

Si el paquete es devuelto a Elis Jewels por el correo debido a dirección incorrecta o incompleta, imposibilidad de entrega, falta de reclamación por parte del cliente y si el cliente desea que el paquete sea enviado nuevamente, deberá cubrir el costo de manejo y reenvío. 

Aceptacion de terminos

Al realizar una orden en nuestra tienda, el cliente acepta y reconoce los términos establecidos en esta Política de Envío.

Order processing

  1. Order processing may take between 2 and 3 business days.

  2. Shipping days do not include the day the order is processed, weekends, or holidays.

  3. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

  2. International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout, based on the destination. Delivery times vary depending on location, but generally take 7 to 14 business days after processing.

Shipping Responsibility

Once the order is dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Therefore, Elis Jewels is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the postal service provided that the order has been correctly sent to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete at the time of placing the order. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

If the package is returned to Elis Jewels by the mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address, impossibility of delivery, lack of claim by the customer and if the customer wishes the package to be sent again, they must cover the handling and reshipping costs.
